A nutritional supplement called Bronson's CLA 3000 was created to encourage lean muscle growth and assist in healthy weight management. With 75–85% active conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), each serving of two softgels contains 3,000 mg of pure safflower seed oil that is pure. If four softgels are used daily as advised, this amounts to at least 4,500 mg of active CLA. Notably, this supplement contains no genetically modified organisms (non-GMO) and is non-stimulating.
Conjugated linoleic acid—CLA if you wanna sound cool at the gym—is this fatty acid you mostly find in beef and dairy. If you’re popping supplements, they usually squeeze it outta safflower oil. But honestly? Don’t expect miracles. The results are usually kinda “meh.” Like, you probably won’t notice unless you’ve got a microscope and way too much free time.
Safflower oil (3,000 mg), which contains 75–85% conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), is the active ingredient.
Burns Fat (Kind Of): People say CLA helps torch fat by kicking your metabolism into gear and blocking your body from hoarding extra fat. So, will you wake up looking like Gisele Bündchen after popping a few of these? Lol, I wish. But hey, a little extra help never hurt anybody, right?
Muscle Saver Mode: Apparently, CLA’s got your back when it comes to hanging onto those hard-earned muscles while you’re busy trying to incinerate that last bit of stubborn fluff. Or so the gym gossip goes. Good news if you’re trying to get shredded or just want to flex a little at the beach. Bonus points: some studies say it might even give your immune system a boost. Multitasking at its finest.
No Caffeine Jitters: Here’s the good part—CLA isn’t loaded with caffeine or weird stimulants, so you don’t have to worry about bouncing off the walls or getting that mid-afternoon crash. If you’re sensitive to that stuff, this one’s a safe bet.
Might Fire Up Your Metabolism: Word on the street is, CLA could nudge your metabolism to work a bit harder, which means you might burn more calories just doing your thing. Not magic, but it’s something.
Comes From Real Food: CLA isn’t some lab-made nonsense. It’s a fatty acid you actually find in stuff like dairy and meat—or safflower oil if you’re fancy. So, yeah, it’s got a solid natural street cred.
Two soft gels should be taken twice a day. You will need two bottles (90 softgels each) for 40 days.
